Library to host virtual workshop on Nonfinancial Retirement Planning | Business

October 5, 2021

The Santa Clara County Library District is slated to host a free virtual workshop on Nonfinancial Retirement Planning 11 a.m. to noon Tuesday.

Lyn Christenson – a nonfinancial retirement coach and founder of Bay Area-based Retirement Linkages – will lead the introductory workshop. Described by some financial advisers as the most overlooked part of retirement planning, it goes beyond money and addresses how retirees will invest their time.

Workshop participants can learn about new work options, engaging leisure and volunteering, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, building a personal legacy and more, according to the library district.
